Therefore, in order to control the situation, we have implemented a complete health and safety protocol, which allows guests to have a memorable and safe stay at all times.

RECEPTION
- For maximum protection, we have established a maximum capacity and measures to ensure social distancing.
- The use of face masks by staff and guests is mandatory in our establishment, as well as the existence of a partition.
- Hydroalcoholic gel will be available for our staff and guests.
- The cleanliness of the area is guaranteed on a permanent basis.
- The temperature of our guests is measured at the entrance of the hotel.
- Priority is given to payment by credit/debit card.
ROOMS & CLEANLINESS
- On departure of the guests, our cleaning staff will disinfect all susceptible areas. The rooms will also be ventilated for as long as possible.
- In addition, cleaning will be reinforced on a daily basis and with products that comply with the regulations.
- Daily disinfection of textiles and facilities will also be carried out in addition to major contact products such as hairdryers, kettles, etc.
- Removal of all litter bins from the rooms.
RESTAURANT & BAR
- The use of face masks by staff is mandatory.
- A reduction in capacity is established according to local rules and directives.
- Use of digital menu cards with QR codes.
- Hydroalcoholic gel is available for our guests at the entrance.
